An importer / whole sell Company located in East Cobb is seeking an Office Assistant to join our Team. This position will assist our Office Manager to handle daily operation of the company. We are seeking an individual who is self motivated, with high level of integrity and work ethic, willing to learn, with a positive attitude, and who is a team player. This person will have the potential to grow into the Office managers position.

All Receptionist duties
Assist office manager and sales team in projects
Filing and data entry
Assist office manager in monthly reconciling
Assist office manager in monthly inventory
Customer Order processing and following up, including dealing with multiple freight companies, invoicing, etc.
Vendor PO processing and following up, including working with vendors, custom brokers and freight agents, etc.
Excellent English written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail
Has the ability to multi-task
Highly organized with ability to prioritize work
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus. We will train.
Spanish speaking is a plus
