Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday + half-day Saturday)
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance and closing bonuses
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Fully bilingual – English & Spanish required
✅ Excellent verbal and phone communication skills
✅ Positive, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude
✅ Able to manage a client pipeline (follow-ups and conversions)
✅ Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (training provided)
✅ Willing to learn about home financing programs and the home-buying process
✅ Responsible, punctual, and sales-driven
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and follow up with new buyer leads
• Explain services and programs confidently and clearly
• Keep the lead management system (pipeline) up to date
• Schedule qualification appointments and agent meetings
• Respond to phone calls, messages, and emails
• Assist with basic administrative office tasks
