Office/Administrative Assistant (Marietta, GA)

Healthcare Consulting Firm is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented office/administrative assistant. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering the phones, data entry, requesting records, filing, scanning, preparing letters, scheduling appointments and meetings, and internet research. Experience and proficiency with Word, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and general office equipment is required. Medical records/medical terminology and/or legal assistant/paralegal experience is helpful. This is a an in-office full-time position. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday thru Friday. Our office is close to Acworth, Kennesaw, and Woodstock.
