We are looking for a capable multi-tasker to provide administrative support working with a benefits broker specializing in health insurance. This is a full-time position requiring 30 to 40 hours depending on the seasonal demands of the business.

• Live within 15 miles of the office, located in Roswell, GA
• Energetic, intelligent, and able to handle multiple responsibilities at a time
• Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Adobe skills - (This is a must)
• Excellent communication skills
• College degree
• Prior work experience necessary in an office environment and prior experience in the health insurance industry a plus
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Setting up client files
• Marketing client and prospect accounts to health insurance carriers
• Assisting with proposal generation i.e. spreadsheets
• Assisting clients with customer service issues, regarding claims or billing issues as an example.
• Calendar management
• Communicating with clients to gather information or review status of their benefits
