This is a silver 1997 Acura Integra GS 4 door sedan automatic. This car is in good shape with working sunroof, power steering and cruise control.

Lets start with the good stuff:

The bad:
-The paint could use a respray

The DC chassis is a class sport compact from Honda's golden era. Very reliable, and inexpensive replacement parts. This would make an excellent commuter car for its great fuel economy, or a great first car for anyone. This is a fun car to drive, lightweight, double wishbone suspension on all 4 corners. It handles very well and being an Integra, is great on gas. This car has no problem cracking 30mpg on the highway. This is the model you want, the GS model. Over the base RS and LS model, the GS included such upgrades like a leather interior, anti-lock brakes and power moonroof. The seats on the GS model are 6 way adjustable with a tilt feature as well as adjustable lumbar support for the drivers seat.

The Integra is a sporty, lightweight, good handling car that gets great gas mileage. The suspension is a double wishbone front and a trailing arm rear that gives both great handling and a comfortable ride. If you are looking for a sport compact to modify, this car is pure potential. And for the tuners out there, this is the B18A1 LS engine, the one used in most ls-vtec engine swaps, making more torque than the B16 or the GSR block. The 1.8L is adaptable for bolts on like intake and higher flowing exhaust. This is a great candidate for a swap or boost - compression is great across the board. Car is bone stock, 50 state legal. I have the current legal title in hand and it passed emissions the last year it needed them. The only issues are aesthetic; there is faded clearcoat on the roof and trunk. Nothing major, and there are no leaks. As all 1996 and newer cars are, this car is OBD-II and can have everything checked via the OBD connector at any local parts store.

This is a very safe car, including safety features such as SRS airbags, side impact door beams, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, 4-channel independent anti-lock brakes, front and side crumple zones including a collapsible hood, and excellent visibility (if you adjust the mirrors, the car has no blind spots and full height rear glass to remove those hidden quarter blind spots that some coupes and SUVs have). The interior is in great overall shape. Has a center console w/ armrest, two decent sized cup holders, a 2nd DIN cubby for storage (or a 2nd stereo), adjustable tilt steering wheel, glove compartment, a lighted trunk area and a passenger's seat that tilts and auto-slides forward by pulling a knob for easier access. The body is straight, no accidents or frame damage, the only real problem being that the top of the car has faded and would need a respray to look brand new. The headlamps have been removed and buffed/polished so they aren’t yellow. There are no leaks, including the moon roof.

This is not a heavily modified car, the entire drivetrain, exhaust system, intake and body are stock. The spoiler is the type-R style and is at just the right height to block annoying headlights from behind. The only two actual modifications are the stereo, which is replaced with the original tapedeck with a Sony stereo CD player with AM/FM/XM aux. input and bluetooth. The other non-factory part is the hood. This is a 2 piece fiberglass hood which incorporates a reinforcement webbing, mimicking the stock crumple zones. This makes it stiffer and more reliable, as well as being able to bend and crumple in the event of an accident, just like the factory one. As its fiberglass it cannot rust. The hood latch striker piece is pressed in steel, not fiberglass, so it closes like stock, does not need hood pins, it operates as a normal hood but half the weight. The wheels are aluminum 18x8 and the tires are 215/35/ZR18.

This is a good chance to get a well-maintained and reliable Acura. Email me with any questions.
