I’m seeking work primarily in multifamily home/apartment remodeling, but I’m also open to residential projects. I’ve been working in the trades since 2018 and for the past two years I’ve been self-employed, handling a wide range of remodel and maintenance work. I’m now looking for something more steady and long-term. I have hands on experience in the following:
Plumbing (repairs & installations)
Electrical (basic to intermediate)
Carpentry & framing
Drywall & patch work
Flooring installation
Appliance installation
I have my own tools, a dependable vehicle, clean background and a perfect driving record. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with unit turns, rehabs, punch lists, and working in occupied units with tight timelines.
