Maintaining the physical status of the property. Addressing any and all issues in the rooms and to the building itself. Knowledge of working on the PTAC ac's refrigerators ect.... You job will be to ensure a pleasent and comfortable experiance for our guest during their stay. Caulking, Painting, Cleaning floors, Assist HK if needed, invatory of supplies and ordering, eletrical, plumbing, and patching holes.
Candidate can't have any lifting or bending restrictions, excellant communication skills, well groomed, be willing to operate as schedule permits, be on call for after hour emergancies.
This position is not M-F and its a fulltime position.
