I answered incoming calls from customers who watch the AVC channel, and Bid on Art, and also bought Collectible coins. I use the AVC CRM to enter the customer phone #, and the rest of all their information comes up. If the customer won the bid. I then proceeded to take their credit card information to pay for the piece of art. I worked every Tuesday and Wednesday doing the coin nights 5 to 10 pm, and I worked Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 to Midnight.

I scheduled appointment for the executive agents can bring prospects samples, and catalogs of ICP's work with the potential to make them a long term client. ICP does their own embroidery, and screen printing, and have access to several vendors to cross sell promotional items. I use a five 9 dialer, The Biz Chronicle Journal, Google leads for prospects, and networking on the street on my own time. Average 8 appointments a week. Prospects must have 25 employees, or more, not seen in the past year, and order promotional, and or apparel items. In order to get to the correct person it can take several follow up calls, emails, and getting passed the gate keeper.

I began as an executive assistant which included many duties. I interviewed, hired, and trained appointment setters. I maintained insurance agents calendars, and there accounting spreadsheets using excel, and outlook I scheduled interviews making outbound calls, and incoming resumes for insurance agents using career builder, craigslist, and indeed.
