Thank you for checking out my post! First, I would like to state for all the spammers, if you don’t have an offer that matches what I am seeking, please do not waste either of our time. I am not interested in any MLMs either even though I have nothing against them. Now that we have that out of the way….
My name is Eric. I have been a graphic designer for over a decade. I also have experience in web design and social media management/marketing. On top of that, my business partner is a seasoned developer with over a decade of experience coding. I currently live in Iowa and am trying to move back to Atlanta. I went to the Art Institute in Sandy Springs in 2008/2009. I have lived and traveled to the Atlanta area off and on over the past 11 years. A few years ago I ended up back in Iowa where I am from and decided to chase a music dream. Well, that dream I have realized, cannot be made here. This town is dying and people throw you under the bus any chance they get. So I am ready to move on again and come back to the south that has always welcomed me with open arms.
Also, In this small town area, there isn’t much call for someone with my/our skill sets, and most places also do not have the budget to do what they really should be doing in the digital age. I also cannot even get a job here in my field, there are slim to none and when they do arise, I am judged by my looks before I can even get an interview. I am tired of the small town outlook on life and business and am ready to be somewhere that can appreciate what I have the capability of doing, at a company that is ready to grow and understands the importance of their company’s digital wellbeing.
What I Am Seeking
I started a creative agency with my developer friend in 2015 when I lived in Alpharetta, GA. My partner currently lives in Marietta. Our agency has had its ups and downs and due to a recent “down”, we are/I am seeking a 1099 position (or client ideally with plenty of work) in the Atlanta area. I have lived and worked on the north side in the past (Roswell, Alpharetta) and wouldn’t mind that again. While living In Iowa I would need to work remotely of course, but once I am able to move back to the area, I can come in as needed. The plan would be for me to work here through at least July, if not the end of the summer, and then move to Georgia once I have finished wrapping things up here.
I am seeking either a project by project basis with work ready to go, something that resembles a part time gig, or something that resembles a full time gig. My business partner is also open to the very same thing and would like to come as a package deal if the budget allows. If not, he can work as needed. You would get a designer, digital marketer, and developer all for a great price and because we would want to contract to you via our company, you have less to worry about and we will work even harder because our name is on the line too, not just yours. As far as payment goes, we can discuss what will work with your budget and go from there.
In order to insure that this is legitimate and beneficial for both parties, a 12 month contract will be created. We have met several businesses in that past that have been taken advantage of by people in our industry, as we have also been taken advantage of by companies we have worked with in the past. We want this to be as above board as possible for everyone.
If you are interested in speaking with me more to see if I/we would be a good fit for your company, shoot me an email with your name, contact info, company name, and website. If you’ve read this far and don’t feel this is what you are looking for, I wish you good luck on your search!
