Responsible for the technical planning, implementation and testing of on-premise client service and technology solutions. Assist in the architecture of a technical solution leveraging client software and hardware. Perform due diligence, analysis, installation and support for the HealthSource product line.

• Setup configure and test client workstations/peripheral equipment, i.e. scanners and printers.
• Respond to and/or create support tickets for issues and escalate as needed.
• Work with internal customers on whitelisting, admin rights for testing and installation, verifying communication with local EMRs such as Epic, Allscripts and Cerner.

• Manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation and updates.

• Extensive travel and use of remote access applications such as Webex, Teamviewer.

IT Consultant
Bullock Consulting Services, Marietta, GA, January 2015 to present,
Working with manufacturing, medical, entrepreneurial and other professional organizations in the areas of backup systems, business integrity and resumption planning, security, disaster planning and system architecture in customer-critical activities.

Client: GA Partners
Office365 was deactivating, this was caused by low bandwidth as Office365 could not verify a valid paid subscription.

A Cisco SG200 switch appeared to have all unused ports in a down status. The switch had to be hard reset and a new Admin/password was created and a new name assigned, all ports are now in an up status.

Client TBI:
Exchange Server RAID 5 disc failure, corrupt Exchange Server store file recovered, Navision Financials server RAID 0 disks replaced to add space, WIFI system replaced, consulting on various applications and how to use them together as the company is being bought as of 2015.

Reloaded Server 2008 server and installed Navision and 3Plink modules.

Installed Server 2012 R2 Standard for Navision and 3Plink installation upgrade.


SOC Engineer II
Fishnet Security, Inc., Roswell, GA, August 2014 to January 2015,
Assigned to The Home Depot team:
Support THD's mission critical production environment, protecting critical infrastructure from the latest information security threats. Responsibilities included developing, enhancing and executing documented procedures (run books), focus on real-time security alert analysis, and perform Fortigate firewall, Blue Coat proxy server and Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) administration.

Customer reporting on Fortinet, Blue Coat, SourceFire, SEPM and Symantec Mail Gateway technologies using PRTG network monitor and Splunk to ensure the overall availability of THD's security infrastructure. Also responsible for geoblocking and unblocking web sites, reporting and updating IP addresses in PRTG network monitor, IP address changes and script validation on Fortigate firewalls.

Remote access technologies such as SSL and VMware VDI also used to manage devices. Training included Juniper SRX and Fortinet Fortigate firewalls and Splunk for operational intelligence collection.

Epic Analyst/Level I/II Tech
Wellstar Health Systems, January, 2014 to August, 2014
(sub-contracted by Brooksource, Inc., Atlanta, GA.)
Working in teams, computers and various medical equipment were tested for compatibility with the Epic system. Many different types of equipment had to be tested, desktops, laptops, BIOMed, scanners, printers, bar code readers, etc. Epic related Remedy tickets were also worked via the testing (TDR) phase.

IMAC's (Install/Move/Add/Change) as well as imaging, reimaging, migrating and troubleshooting were also done as part of this project; wire/cable management was crucial as per hospital environment requirements. Also, worked with all levels of employees (nurse assistants, nurses, charge nurses, executive nurse managers, doctors) as well as working with patients.

Level I & II Tech, Refresh, Retro and IMACs

Running BMC/Remedy tickets for various hardware and software issues on Hewlett-Packard and Dell desktop and laptop computers, Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, Ricoh, Samsung and other printers and plotters.

Software issues such as installation of specialized applications, reimaging, migrating to Windows 7 and retrofitting / migrating existing computers to Windows 7. Working with Executive and Production staff, Plant managers as well as Military staff in a controlled and secure atmosphere, in the Aeronautics and Defense Industries.
