My home is in a nice and well established HOA subdivision.
Looking to rent a room to a single woman.
-non smoker
-non drinker
-no pets (as I have a cat)
Room is modestly furnished. Bed is brand-new and a zero gravity bed ($2500 purchase). Perfect for people with back issues. Bathroom shared with my 19 year old son. Home is quiet and clean and full of peace.
I am a strong believer. So, what goes on inside my house aligns with biblical principals that keep the peace of this home alive and well.
If you have any serious life drama or your life/mindset finds godliness a joke—this would not be a good fit for you.
Need background check and proof of income. Rent is $800. That includes all utilities and internet except water. Water will be split among us. Why water and not electricity? Well, because I do not see electricity changing drastically but I do see water going up significantly, depending on excess or not.
This inflation is rough and it is pinching us all. It may seem like $700 plus water is excessive but it is a heck of a lot cheaper than a 1bdrm apart plus all utilities.
Deposit equal to one months rent. Lease will be signed and roommate will need to provide renters liability insurance, too. Which is standard with apartment rentals.
Laundry facilities on property. Possible garage space.
Home not far from Mall of Georgia.
Would love to rent to another solid believer with an outgoing personality.
