Home is very basic, furnished - it all depends on you; this is a zero, weekly rent situation. Mom does not require constant care just supervison, conversation and some help here and there. We would consider someone with one child. It is a larger home and we will be moving to another larger home as soon as we finish the remodel work there. When we move to the other house, you will stay at this one. We have lots of cars, lots of everything except help really - so transportation won't be an issue
