Expenses:
Rent is paid one month in advance. $695. Responsible for part of the bills (electric, gas, water, internet, garbage) paid at the middle of the month. (Conserve and bills are less.)
Move in Requirements:
One month rent + one month rent as a deposit; credit check; employment check or other proof of income.
The house is well maintained and generally fragrance-free. The roommate bathroom and the kitchen have been remodeled. Hardwood and tile throughout, no wall-to-wall carpet. No pets. A great placement if you have allergies (or not 🙂). Use of kitchen, family room and other common areas. Not suitable for a full-time work from home placement. Teachers and medical professionals have loved it here in the past.
Location: Zip 30066. Near/convenient to KSU, Hwy 575/75, Barrett Pkwy, Canton Rd, Town Center, Kennesaw Mountain, Marietta medical complex, Hwy 575 medical district. You will need a car: Town Ctr Park and Ride (KSU) or Marietta Transfer Center are the nearest public transit hubs.
