Home was built in the 70's has dated appliance. Backyard pool is an eyesore. Condition is what to expect from a bachelor.
More on a positive note. Layout of home is ideal for this scenario (ex: 2 living rooms 4 bathrooms). Kitchen has a breakfast nook lots of natural light. Extreme privacy from neighbors. Private driveway on a dead end street. Almost all of the neighbors are retired and watchful of strange cars. Security system. Front patio or back porch are covered and have places to smoke or sit and hang out.
This place is infested with wildlife ... easily 5 or 6 deer everyday. Family of foxes have moved along but were living under shed. Currently there is a family of raccoons visiting each night. In fact as of the writing of this ad there is a tri-colored heron (easily 4 foot tall) staring at the pool. Ohh and there is an enormous as in 36 inch snapping turtle in the pool.
