We’re looking for a clean, safe, and stable home in SW Marietta, Smyrna, Powder Springs, or surrounding areas. Both of my boys are in school locally, and I’m committed to keeping them rooted in this community.
I have a strong work ethic, a reliable income, and extensive experience in home improvement, repairs, painting, light plumbing/electrical, and general maintenance. I take excellent care of any home I live in and respect the property as if it were my own.
I’m seeking a landlord or homeowner willing to work with me during this rebuilding period, someone open to either:
•A reduced rent or flexible arrangement for a few months, or
•An agreement to exchange skilled labor for partial rent payment.
