Hello, my name’s Andre, and I’m reaching out from the heart. I’m a single father of two amazing boys, both in school here in the Marietta area. We’ve hit a few bumps in life recently, but I’m determined to rebuild and give my kids the stability they deserve.
I’m looking for a clean, safe place to call home. Some where in Southwest Marietta, Smyrna or Powder Springs, so my boys can stay close to school and community.
I just started back working full-time, and I’m very handy. I can do all home repairs, painting, landscaping, flooring, small renovations… You name it… I’m not just looking for a handout; I’m looking for a fair chance.
If anyone knows a homeowner, landlord, or property manager with a space available, even a guest house, basement, or small rental, I’d be grateful for the opportunity to move in and get started right away.
I can pay reasonable rent, but would deeply appreciate a little flexibility for the first few months while I stabilize, or I can work off part of the rent through home improvement or maintenance work.
My boys and I are clean, quiet, and respectful. I take pride in leaving any home better than I found it.
