I'm well mannered, clean, and looking for a roommate. I can afford $500-700 per month. I have no pets.
What I'm Looking for
I'm looking for a roommate situation to split the rent and make things livable. I'd need to use the washer/drier, kitchen, etc... I will need a small amount of cabinet and fridge space as I meal prep. Unfurnished would be ideal (10'x10' minimum), as I have a workstation and a bed. I would need access to wifi as well (bonus if you have connected ethernet jacks).
