ALL of the big events/concerts/games bring out the scammers - and the Masters is a big one! ALWAYS lots of ticket scammers on Craigslist. Best thing to do is check the ticket prices on StubHub (and probably purchase on StubHub, as much as we hate doing that!). That will give you a good idea of the relative cost/value of Masters tickets.
Anyone selling tickets for a fraction of those prices is either stupid (10% chance), doesn't like money (0% chance), or a Scammer (90% chance). If it seems to good to be true, it generally IS!!
They are relentless (and just because you might be dealing with a woman in some cases, it doesn't mean she is not a scammer - they are equal opportunity!). And don't believe "I won the tickets but can't use them" or "I now can't get off work" or "had a family emergency and can't make it" or "I got transferred" . . . MANY MANY SCAMS!
