We are a trusted painting and renovation company serving homeowner associations (HOAs), multi-family developments, and select commercial clients throughout Metro Atlanta. Our expertise covers a wide range of exterior and structural work including painting, carpentry, concrete, stucco, welding, brickwork, retaining walls, and interior renovations.
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead field operations, supervise trades, and ensure quality results on complex renovation projects. We welcome experienced professionals and also encourage applications from recent construction-related graduates with strong leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites
Manage crews performing painting, carpentry, concrete, welding, and more
Coordinate materials, labor, subcontractors, inspections, and scheduling
Communicate with HOA boards, property managers, and commercial clients
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery
Track project milestones using phones/tablets or construction management tools
Assist with reporting, change orders, and client updates as needed
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in construction, renovations, or painting
OR a degree in construction management, engineering, or similar
Solid understanding of exterior building systems and multi-trade coordination
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Familiarity with construction scheduling and site documentation
Preferred:
Experience working with HOAs or property management companies
OSHA or job site safety certifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with estimating or change order preparation
