Pay Package

Guaranteed Option:
• $2,000 per week per driver for the first 6,000 team miles
• $0.80 CPM split for all miles above 6,000

Bonuses:
• Holiday Bonus: up to $2,000
• Clean DOT Bonuses: $100 / $300 / $500
• Referral Bonus: $600 per team
• Long-run Bonus: $2,200 after 6 weeks / $2,300 after 10 weeks
• Breakdown Pay: $100/day + hotel

Schedule & Home Time

• 4 weeks OTR
• 5 days home

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• Must be 21+
• 6+ months OTR experience
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Basic English
• Clean MVR & work history
• Personal GPS required
• Out-of-state drivers travel to Ottsville, PA (50% reimbursement after start)

Deductions

• Occupational Insurance: $36/week
• Escrow: $1,000 ($250/week for 4 weeks; refunded with 2-week notice)
