Get into biking with his and hers touring bikes, helmets, gloves and a tire pump. These bikes were purchased as a pair about 15 years ago and have hardly been used. Made in the USA stickers on the frames, excellent paint and great condition overall speak to the quality of and care given to these machines. They have been maintained by a family member who is a former bike mechanic, recently tuned up and are ready for a test ride. Touring bikes are great for riding around the park or neighborhood, or along a board walk or a beach. These are not mountain bikes or trail bikes. Seats are wide and very comfortable thanks to springs and gel. All components work as they should, including brakes with pads in good condition, twist grip shifters with gear indicators and wide, flat pedals that do not require special shoes. Tires have a smooth street tread on them, not a knobby, off-road oriented tread, for less rolling resistance. Great starter bikes for a couple or parents who want to ride with their kids. These bikes are full-size, not for children.
We are asking $225.00 for both bikes and will include two helmets, gloves and a tire pump, as you see in the pictures. Located in Locust Grove, Georgia.
