Wh You Will Enjoy Doing

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides Quality Engineering support for product development in Technical Center
• Provides fresh sample testing da in a timely and accure manner
• Performs stistical analysis and reports for dimensional, functional and visual tributes using Quality tools and programs such as Minitab to deliver to project teams
• Writes CMM programs and trains QA techs on writing, debugging, troubleshooting CMM programs and measurement systems
• Responsible for reviewing all da measured by QA Techs for accuracy; determines root cause of abnormalities & out of specificion results, conduct FMEA using quality engineering methods
• Works with Packaging Management and Process Technician Teams on QA reled qualificion procedures for new product implemention in the TC internal as well as external ALPLA production sites
• Understands EBM/ISBM technologies along with DFM (Design of Manufacture & Design of Experimention)
• Understands tolerance stack analysis and applies Quality engineering principles and provides feedback to Design, PDM and Process teams
• Performs quality reled tasks of a product qualificion procedure ALPLA production sites
• Performs color analysis using color analysis software
• Supports advanced troubleshooting for testing equipment and reled programming issues production sites
• Writes/verifies testing procedures for new methods to be used the TC (internal) and production sites (external)
• Performs Department and Process Audits (Experience with ISO and FSSC 22000 Regulory Compliance or Equivalent)
• Assist with Managing and Monitoring QATC KPIs and SPC Systems
• Manage & Support CAPA and RCA Process
• ISO9001 & ISO 22000 Implemention and Support with Audit Program
• DOE (Design of Experimention) development for New Samplings, New Test Methods (Internally and Externally requested), and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

Educion:

• Minimum 4-year Degree (Bachelors) in reled field or equivalent, required

Experience: 

• 5–8 years of experience in quality field, required

Skills:

• Good communicion skills
• Ability to work well in team environment
• Experience with physical lab testing equipment, including calipers, scales, digital height gauge and compression force testing equipment
• Able to handle multi-task environment with good organizion skills
• Excellent computer skills
• May be required to work overtime
• Computer and mh skills
• May be required to work overtime
• Stistical knowledge

Certificions/Licenses:

• Internal or External ISO Auditing Certificion/Certifice, ASQ QE Certifice or Equivalent

Other Requirements:

• Understanding of Minitab or Equivalent Da Analytics Software (Intermedie to Advance Level of Excel (Pivot tables, VBA, Macros, Formulas) experience acceptable), understanding of SPC Software
• Travel up to 10%
