I don't do texting. Call me on the phone if you are interested. This is a "Better N Ben's" brand. I've been using one just like it for 35 years and it heats really well. I just painted the exposed part with High Temp paint. A portion of this insert goes back into the fireplace and a portion protrudes outward and sits on the hearth. Your fireplace size needs to be a minimum of 30 1/2 inches wide, 24 inches tall and 14 inches deep to fit. The opening where you add the fire wood with the front doors open is 18 inches wide and 10 1/2 tall. The firebox itself is 21 inches deep, 24 inches wide and 16 1/2 inches tall lined with quality firebrick. The outermost portion that sits on the fireplace hearth measures 26 1/2 inches wide and 20 5/8 tall not counting the flashing. From the flashing outward measures approximately 13 inches. Now, with respect to the portion that will be in the fireplace (the part I didn't paint), I wrote the measurements on the insert with a piece of soapstone. I'm unsure of the weight but it is very heavy. Sell or trade. TRADE FOR TREE WORK.
