This is a big, beautiful Clydesdale cross mare with a lot of presence and potential. She is stunning in person, photos do not do her justice. She appears to be on the younger side, though her exact age and history are unknown. She does carry a brand.
When we got her, she acted largely unhandled. She has since spent 60 days with a trainer, where she made progress, but it’s clear she will require a confident, experienced horseperson to continue her development. Trainer suspects she may have previously been used as a bronc horse. He’s had to rope her to get a hold of her.
She is NOT a beginner’s horse. She can be reactive and has shown kicking behavior, so she will need someone patient, knowledgeable, and consistent.
That said, she could make:
* A broodmare
* A pasture companion
* Or a project for an experienced trainer looking for a challenge
I’ve put a lot into her and truly had high hopes for her, but she needs a skill level well beyond mine.
Serious, experienced homes only.
