Schedule: 1st Shift | 4:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract Duration: June 17, 2026 – December 10, 2026
Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week
Location: Jackson, GA 30233
Seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our Jackson Hauling team. This position performs a variety of manual labor tasks and assists with daily operations under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
Lift, move, and transport materials
Load and unload vehicles
Dig and refill holes as needed
Assist team members with general labor duties
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
0–4 years of experience required (entry-level candidates welcome)
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
Reliable transportation and attendance
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
PPE Requirements
6-inch steel-toed boots required (No Exceptions)
Work-appropriate clothing required
Safety PPE will be provided by WM
Work Environment
Outdoor and industrial work setting
Exposure to dirt, dust, odors, noise, and changing weather conditions
Physical work involving standing, walking, lifting, and manual labor
