Laundry privileges one load per week are included as well as water, gas, electric, cable and WIFI. Some streaming Netflix and Hulu are included. There’s a HD DVD player in the room as well. The kitchenette comes with. Croc pot, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 2 burner hot plate, electric skillet and an air fryer. Note there is no kitchen sink In the unit. Homeowner will run your dishes through dishwasher once week at no charge. More than once a week there will be a fee.
Full laundry service , wash, dry fold is available at an extra charge.
All furniture must stay and no other furniture will be permitted.
