Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Full Time in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed prol professional a busy retail locion, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot prols, remain visible to help discourage security-reled incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

Wh You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities a retail locion.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicing with site contacts, local law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or restricted spaces for policy compliance, suspicious activity, and other security-reled concerns, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support asset protection efforts by reporting security-reled hazards, assisting with access control, and following post orders for opening, closing, and after-hours prol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
