Job Description:
Experienced Civil Site Superintendent to lead field operations on site and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily on-site activities, including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, concrete structures, and site improvements
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, foremen, and field crews to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and project-specific regulations
• Work closely with Project Managers on scheduling, sequencing, and problem-solving
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation
• Manage project quality control, coordinate inspections, and ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Resolve field issues quickly and effectively to minimize delays
• Liaise with owners, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Field Superintendent in site construction
• Strong background in earthwork, utilities, concrete, and site work
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large crews
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, specifications, and schedules
