š§ Responsibilities
Complete daily maintenance work orders (plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, general repairs)
Handle unit turns: patching, painting, light carpentry, fixture installation
Diagnose and repair basic appliance issues
Maintain grounds and common areas
Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
Communicate professionally with residents and management
Follow safety standards and keep work areas clean
Report supply needs and assist with ordering

Residential or apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
