Leather sheath treated 4 or 5 times ( I usually treat in the winter when house is extremely dry so leather soaks up the conditioner better ), with Black rock premium leather conditioner. And as with all my knives : sheaths and knives stored separately.
But a tip!: if you keep your sheaths well conditioned you should have little or no corrosion on say your ‘users’ … of course conditions could effect this. ( just my experience in the Georgia woods ,,, Becker knife left in the truck … and couple others in garage n elsewhere … same thing applies to boots .. if leather is saturated with a ‘oil’ it will repel water. )
