Job Overview
The General Laborer supports daily operations by performing a variety of physical tasks to assist production, warehouse, or site activities. This role requires reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Assist with assembly, packing, sorting, or basic production tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow safety rules, procedures, and supervisor instructions
Use basic hand tools and equipment as required
Support team members and complete tasks as assigned
Skills
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working in various environments (warehouse, production, outdoor, or job site)
Ability to meet safety, background check, and drug test requirements (if applicable)
