I am looking for a housemate, single occupant only and female preferred. I am an Asian female in late 50s, professional engineer with a government job. I do have about 7 birds in the sun room. Two of them could be doing free fly daily for an hour or two in the living room on weekends only.

You get the big master bedroom (12 ft by 18 ft), unfurnished with your own bathroom and closet space. Kitchen and living room will be shared just with me. You won't have to share these common space with many occupants. All utilities including internet, water, sewer, trash, and electricity will be included. No pets, non smoker, no drugs and no drama. You will have a dedicated covered parking (as shown in the picture). You will also have you own big refrigerator (as shown in the picture). The house is close to Wade Green Rd and Clearview Dr. in Acworth.

The monthly rent will be $850. Must pass background check, able to show proof of income.

Minimum of 6 month lease is required.
