Hi! If you are done with KSU dorm waiting lists and need a student room rental, we have 2 rooms left in a super nice (currently all female) STUDENT HOUSE that was just renovated in 2021. It is 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, & a 2.5 mi drive or a 10 min walk to the Owl bus. Each room is $900/mo, is furnished with a full size bed w/new mattress, dresser and desk, and all utilities included as well as a washer/dryer.
