A master bedroom (14ftX12ft plus a private bath) with private deck, walk-in closet, and reserved parking is available in a serene neighborhood in the heart of Smyrna. People mind their own business here, but just as jovial to mingle with if you want. Room is unfurnished (if you like to move in with your furniture), but it can be furnished minimally. Rent includes all utilities - electric, gas, fiber internet, water, and sanitation (but you must put your trash in the bin outside the entrance yourself).

About the house: It's a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse on a very quiet, dead end street. Hardwood throughout first floor. New Carpets in Bedrooms. Most of the appliances are brand new.

Location: House is steps away from walking and biking trails, parks. Walk to Braves Stadium, Smyrna Village, major Grocery Stores, Farmer's market, Costco, Cumberland Mall, gyms, coffee houses, golf courses, tennis courts, and plenty of live entertainment. 5 minutes drive from 285 and 75; 15 minutes drive from Buckhead or Midtown; 10 minutes drive (or 15 minutes biking) to the Silver Comet trail.

Other details: the other room is taken by a long-term male tenant who is a quiet, clean, non-smoking professional with outdoor hobbies and no pets. You need to be non-smoking (no vapes or pot either) and have no pets as well. Kitchen, Common areas, and W/D use included, but you must pick up after yourself. You must have a job/income, and pass background check. 6-months lease, can be extended.
