Dual Light switches for all the lights around the stairs so you can turn lights on and off without having to go up and down.

The bills in this house run like $120 or less for electricity even in mid summer.
The ecua water and Sewer always around $80 for everyone in Pensacola, internet is Cox communications or direct TV. No land-line phone installed.

Structure is extremely well built, rated for torrential rains and 190 mph winds this thing can withstand any hurricane or Gail force winds. Windows are dual paned argon filled tinted glass, extremely strong and energy efficient.

Roof is shingles with tar over wood and is directly connected to the house. It's a gabled roof, meaning it's rounded, this literally was designed to look like a barn. The shell, foundation, and roof were professionally built, the rest of the house is owner built, 100% unique. So unique to the area that there isn't another house to compare it to in the current market.

A real estate agent valued it at $90,000 and the insurance company values it at $110,000. For the area standard that's higher than all the other properties around it.

The neighborhood is mixed, but it's very quiet, I never have had problems with any neighbors.

Insurance costs me $97 a month for almost $300,000 in coverage.

It's in county, not city, so you have a lot of leniency to do whatever you want.

20 minutes to the whitest beaches in the world, and move in ready.

The main room on the top floor is quite large and is set up as a master bedroom as well as a living room, with enough space for entertaining a small group of people.

The yard is very big, as the house only has a 16x22 footprint, there's pelnty of room to play and roam and garden. Great for a small family, or someone trying to downsize.
